Minnie & Minty Review Competition Rules
1. Promoter Details
The promoter is Minnie & Minty (Promoter), an Australian business operating online at minnieandminty.com.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Only one (1) prize per person and per household may be awarded during the Promotional Period.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026 (Promotional Period).
A draw will be conducted on the 7th day of each calendar month during the Promotional Period.
4. How to Enter
No purchase fee is required to enter this promotion.
To receive an entry, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
- Receive an official email invitation from the Promoter requesting a product review;
- Submit a product review using the link provided in that email; and
- Have the review verified and approved by the Promoter.
Each verified review constitutes one (1) entry into the relevant monthly draw.
Only one (1) entry per verified review per product is permitted.
Entrants may receive multiple entries during a draw period if they submit verified reviews for multiple different products.
Entries not selected as a winner in a monthly draw will remain eligible for all subsequent monthly draws during the Promotional Period.
5. Game of Skill or Chance
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
6. Prizes
Each monthly prize consists of one (1) $50 AUD Prezzee e-Gift Card.
The prize:
- is not transferable;
- is not redeemable for cash; and
- may not be substituted or exchanged.
The total maximum prize value over the Promotional Period is $550 AUD.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by the Promoter or its nominated representative on the draw date.
The winner will be notified as soon as practicable after the draw via email and/or SMS using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and state or country in its email communications or on its website.
8. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including requesting proof of identity or eligibility.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- submits an invalid, misleading, or fraudulent entry;
- tampers with the entry process; or
- submits content that is offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Content, IP and Moderation
By submitting a review, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the review for marketing and promotional purposes across any media.
The Promoter reserves the right to moderate, approve, reject, or remove reviews at its discretion.
10. Privacy and Data Handling
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for:
- administering the promotion;
- contacting winners; and
- prize fulfilment, including sharing information with third-party providers such as Prezzee.
11. Liability and Indemnities
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- incorrect or incomplete entries;
- technical failures or malfunctions;
- network or service disruptions; or
- participation in, or acceptance of, the prize.
12. Variations, Cancellation and Force Majeure
If the promotion cannot proceed as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in whole or in part.
13. Platform Rules and Disclaimers
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, review platform, or email service provider.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
New Zealand entrants acknowledge that the promotion is operated by an Australian business and submit to Australian jurisdiction for the purposes of this promotion.
