Returns & Refunds
- All returns and exchanges need to be completed within 14 working days from the day of receipt for local customers or within 30 days of receipt for international
- Returns will only be accepted when items are in original condition, unworn with tags still attached and proof of purchase is provided
- For change of size free local refunds are offered, where stock is available. Please contact tiff@minnieandminty.com for directions
- Minnie & Minty does not cover the return postage for international returns or change of mind and we suggest using registered post to track your package
